Backed by cricketing legends and academic excellence, we are on a mission to build globally mobile talent through education, innovation, and opportunity.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and detail-oriented Manager – International Admissions to lead our admissions operations from our Chandigarh office. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the New Zealand education system and have experience with international admissions processes across other study destinations.Key Responsibilities- Manage and streamline the full admissions process for international programs, with a focus on New Zealand institutions. - Guide students and recruitment partners through application procedures, visa requirements, documentation, and timelines. - Liaise directly with New Zealand universities, institutes, and education partners to ensure smooth processing and compliance. - Maintain and monitor CRM records for leads, applicants, and conversion data. - Train and manage junior team members and coordinate with counselors across different cities. - Develop and implement strategies to increase admission success rates and student satisfaction. - Stay updated with immigration policies, education regulations, and partner university updates. - Represent QualityNZ Education at education fairs, webinars, and partner training sessions.Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in international student admissions, preferably with a specialization in New Zealand. - Strong understanding of the NZQA framework, GTE requirements, and visa processes. - Exposure to other study destinations (Australia, UK, Canada) is an added advantage. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership abilities. - Proficiency in student management CRMs and digital platforms. - A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.Why Join Us- Be part of a purpose-driven international team redefining education and career mobility. - Opportunity to grow with one of the fastest-growing global education companies. - Work closely with industry veterans, policy makers, and institutions in India and New Zealand. - Competitive salary, performance incentives, and travel opportunities.How to ApplySend your updated resume to info@qualitynz.education with the subject line: Application – Manager International Admissions – Chandigarh.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
