Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Developer specializing in Laravel to join our growing team.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of our cutting-edge SaaS products that cater to the evolving needs of the event industry.

You will collaborate with a talented group of developers, product managers, and designers to create scalable, high-quality features that enhance our comprehensive event-tech suite.

This is a key role where your technical leadership will directly shape the future of event technology, offering immense potential for both personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of scalable and efficient SaaS products, writing clean, maintainable PHP code using the Laravel framework.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to conceptualize, build, and launch innovative features.

- Integrate third-party services and APIs into the platform to enhance functionality and service capabilities.

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of the software.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose improvements to our existing systems and processes.

- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

- Document the development process and produce technical guides for internal teams and the broader developer community.

- Actively participate in Agile and Scrum meetings, offering technical insights to help shape the project's direction and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements :

- Proficiency in PHP and Laravel : You should have extensive experience with PHP and the Laravel framework to build scalable and maintainable SaaS applications.

- Full-Stack Development : Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js is essential.

- Database Management : Strong experience in working with SQL databases, optimizing queries for performance and reliability.

- API Integration : Expertise in integrating third-party services and APIs to extend product capabilities.

- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) : Solid understanding of OOP principles, ensuring clean and reusable code.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the ability to resolve issues at all stages of development.

- Code Optimization & Scalability : Ability to optimize code for speed, performance, and scalability.

- Collaboration & Leadership : Experience mentoring junior developers and leading projects in a collaborative team environment.

- Agile Methodology : Familiarity with Agile processes and the ability to contribute meaningfully to Scrum meetings.
