2. Industry - Interior / Architectural Company

3. Education - MBA / PGDM (Project Management) / PMP from NICMAR / B.E ( Civil)

4. Experience - 2 - 5 years

5. Notice Period - Immediate - 15 days.

6. Location - Mumbai

Job Description :-

- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.

- Planning, monitoring, controlling, reporting to the client.

- Scheduling timeline charts, sharing to the clients & contractors.

- Share the track to the client on day to day basis.

- Problem solver and should contact directly with the client.

- Client Meetings & Site Meetings.

- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

- Track project milestones and deliverable.

- Define project success criteria and distribute them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.

- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

- Communication and collaboration with the clients.

- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.

- Plan and deliver projects as per timelines.

- Cost reduction of projects.
