About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and driven Product Designer II to join our Experience Design Team. This role is for someone passionate about creating exceptional digital products and taking ownership from ideation to execution. If you’re a collaborative leader with a long-term vision and experience in the LMS (Learning Management System) space, this is the opportunity for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform ideas into impactful designs, from concept to execution.
  • Conduct market and competition analysis to ensure product relevance and innovation.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.
  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes that bring ideas to life.
  • Take ownership of the design process and contribute to shaping product strategies.


What We’re Looking For:

Education:

  • Bachelor of Design (B.Des) or Master of Design (M.Des) preferred.

Experience:

  • 4-5 years in a product-based organisation, preferably in the LMS or edtech space.
  • Proven experience leading a team of designers.

Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership and ownership qualities.
  • Strong visual communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in designing for LMS or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of user behaviour and design patterns in educational and learning technologies.
