Description :About Us :Flyers Soft is a digital transformation and custom software development company founded in 2019, with offices in India and the USA.The company specializes in creating innovative digital solutions, offering a wide range of services including application development (web and mobile), cloud engineering, UI/UX design, AI/ML services, and game development.They aim to provide creative, innovative, and user-friendly products that help businesses navigate the digital landscape and meet their unique needsWhat we do :Our team is dedicated to propelling businesses into the future with innovative services designed to meet the unique challenges of todays digital landscape.Key Responsibilities :- Design, deploy, and manage ELK stack solutions for logging, monitoring, and analytics.- Integrate ELK with various data sources and ensure optimized ingestion pipelines.- Maintain and enhance observability and monitoring frameworks across cloud and on-prem environments.- Automate infrastructure setup and deployments using GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, or similar tools.- Collaborate with development teams to create dashboards and alerts for application and infrastructure monitoring.- Work with Kubernetes to monitor containerized workloads and ensure system scalability and reliability.- Support and troubleshoot issues across Azure and/or AWS cloud environments.- Partner with SRE and DevOps teams to implement best practices in availability, reliability, and performance.- Document system configurations and processes using Confluence, and track progress via JIRA and ServiceNow.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT or DevOps environments.- 2+ years of hands-on experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and monitoring tools.- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.- Experience with cloud platforms Azure and/or AWS.- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language: Java, .NET, or Python.- Familiarity with automation tools such as GitLab CI/CD and Ansible.- Working knowledge of ServiceNow, Confluence, and JIRA for operational workflows.- Understanding of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) and DevOps Experience integrating ELK with application performance monitoring (APM) solutions.- Exposure to log management, alerting, and visualization best practices.- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and observability frameworks.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills (ref:hirist.tech)
