Role Overview: As a Research Analyst at our firm, you will be integral in conducting in-depth research and analysis on various topics related to the economy, infrastructure projects, construction, and real estate. Your work will directly contribute to the development of comprehensive research reports and journals that support our clients' strategic planning and decision-making processes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed research and analysis on economic trends, infrastructure projects, construction industry developments, and real estate market dynamics.
  • Collect, compile, and analyse data from various sources to support evidence-based conclusions and recommendations.
  • Prepare comprehensive research reports, policy briefs, and presentation materials that clearly communicate findings and insights.
  • Work closely with senior analysts and other team members to support research projects and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the field of public policy, economic development, and infrastructure planning.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions to understand client requirements and provide research support as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate in Public Policy, Economics, Urban Planning, Construction or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in research, analysis, or a related role, preferably within the economic, infrastructure, construction, or real estate sectors.
  • Strong command over the English language with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and research methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidates residing in Mumbai are preferred due to the location-specific nature of some projects.
