We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of emerging companies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities.
  • Perform due diligence on potential investments, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment.
  • Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of portfolio companies.
  • Support senior team members in structuring and negotiating investment deals.
  • Collaborate with portfolio companies to provide strategic and operational support.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field is required. 
  • Prior experience working in global markets is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
