About Us :Ginni Tech is a fast-growing IT company delivering innovative technology solutions. We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, while working closely with stakeholders in an Agile environment.Key Responsibilities :- Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders.- Prepare detailed BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and user stories.- Work in Agile/Scrum methodology, participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.- Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and use case documents.- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum framework.- Understanding of BRD, FRD, SRS, and user stories.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).- Exposure to SQL, JIRA, or visualization/wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Lucidchart, Figma) is a plus.- Excellent communication and documentation skills.Note: We are looking for candidates who are already in Delhi and can join immediately (ref:hirist.tech)
