We’re Hiring | Accounts Receivables & Reconciliation ManagerLocation: Marol, Andheri | Work Mode: Mon-Sat [On-site]Experience: 6–8 Years (Credit Control, AR & Reconciliation)Contact: SHAKSHI SINGH | shakshi@skyleaf.global | 7521865318Client: Confidential (Consumer Brand)About the Role:We’re seeking a Credit Controller & Reconciliation Manager to drive efficient credit control, receivables management, and reconciliations for a fast-growing consumer brand.Key Responsibilities:Manage credit control process for domestic & international clients; evaluate creditworthiness and set limitsMonitor ageing reports, follow up for collections, and minimize overdue payments & bad debtsReconcile accounts receivables with sales invoices & collections; oversee bank & customer ledger reconciliationsManage reconciliation with third-party portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.)Prepare credit control dashboards, DSO, and reconciliation reports monthlySupport statutory/internal audits and ensure compliance with GST, TDS & other financial regulationsIdentify process gaps, propose improvements, and work with ERP/tech teams for automation & reportingRequirements:Bachelor’s in Commerce/Finance; MBA (Finance) or CA Inter preferred6–8 years of experience in credit control, AR & reconciliation in FMCG/retail/e-commerce OR CA FresherStrong knowledge of Excel, Tally & ERP systemsExcellent analytical, negotiation & communication skillsAbility to multitask and work under tight deadlinesPreferred:Experience with third-party marketplace reconciliationsExposure to automation & process improvement in AR functionsIf you’re ready to strengthen receivables management and drive financial efficiency, let’s connectshakshi@skyleaf.global | 7521865318
