This includes z/OS and ISV upgrades, as well as the integration of AIOps.- Provide expert guidance and support to Sysprogs on Mainframe modernization initiatives, leveraging tools such as Ansible, Python, z/OSMF, WatsonX for z, and AIOps.- Utilize deep Mainframe architecture expertise to identify, assess, and prioritize modernization opportunities.- Collaborate with Sysprogs, SDMs, vendors, and clients to enhance utilization of Mainframe capabilities and services.- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments to strengthen Mainframe modernization initiatives and maintain a competitive advantage.Required Expertise :- 10+ years of technical expertise as a z/OS SysProg with a focus on Mainframe transformation and generative AI.- Skilled in Ansible and Python for Mainframe modernization.- Deep knowledge of z/OS and ISV upgrade processes using z/OSMF.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.- Highly adaptable and effective in fast-paced, dynamic environments.- Certifications in Mainframe or related technologies.- Exposure to global environments and diverse client ecosystems.
