Redwood Valuation is hiring Senior Valuation Associates in India.

Senior Valuation Associates Can Expect To

  • Apply conceptual thinking and analytical skills to conduct business valuations, portfolio valuations, and complex valuations.
  • Work on building and reviewing financial models for Income, Market, and Cost approaches.
  • Perform market and industry research.
  • Perform in-depth financial and valuation analysis.
  • Prepare company and industry reviews for valuation reports. Write valuation reports.
  • Take part in several different projects and engagements at once.
  • Participate in client meetings and interact with clients on a regular basis.
  • Receive formal training related to valuation, on-the-job training, direct feedback from industry leaders, and the opportunity to pursue additional training through internal and external resources.
  • Keep current on best practices in industry analysis. Awareness of and market data/issues, and sharing knowledge with the team and clients to improve decision-making.

The Requirements

  • 3+ years of valuation experience.
  • Bachelor's, Master's (MBA), or relevant advanced degree.
  • Accounting, Finance, or another field that would provide a strong background for qualitative and quantitative reasoning.
  • Desire to obtain advanced credentials (i.e., ASA, CFA, CVA, or ABV).
  • Self-starter with the initiative to seek out opportunities and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
