Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and integration strategies, with a strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs).Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Data Cloud implementations • Design scalable data models and ingestion pipelines for real-time and batch data • Define data governance, security, and compliance strategies • Extensive experience in an Information Technology role (>8 years) • 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce developer required. • SFDC platform developer I and II, App builder certification preferred • Experience working in a 1000+ user organization with large data volumes preferred • Familiarity with sales, service and marketing processes • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions • Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with external systems using MuleSoft, APIs, and ETL tools • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams • Ensure performance optimization and best practices across the data ecosystemRequired Skills: • Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) • Deep understanding of data architecture, data lakes, and data warehousing concepts • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Einstein AI ' • Proficiency in data integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.) • Knowledge of identity resolution, segmentation, and activation strategies • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
