About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Proposal Engineer to join our sales team. The primary objective of this role is to prepare persuasive proposals and book orders, while also engaging in data mining to drive new business development.

Responsibilities

✓ Book sales orders in ORACLE ERP system.

✓ Register new customers in the CRM system.

✓ Prepare detailed quotations and present them to customers.

✓ Engage in discussions with customers to convert quotations into orders.

✓ Follow up with customers on quotations and provide timely responses to any queries or requests for additional information.

✓ Communicate effectively with the design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.

✓ Assist customers with any technical or commercial inquiries, ensuring clear and accurate communication.

✓ Identify and research potential customers within assigned verticals

Qualification

✓ Excellent English Communication Skill Verbal and Written.

✓ Experience: 0-3 years of experience in proposal making

✓ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
