Senior Oracle EPM + TRCS Consultant / Specialist2. Job Title: Senior Oracle EPM + TRCS Consultant / Specialist. Department: Finance / IT / EPM Practice. Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Oracle EPM TRCS Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle EPM Cloud with a focus on Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS). The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, particularly in the tax and financial reporting domain, and will work closely with tax, finance, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle TRCS, including:- Requirements gathering.- Solution design.- Configuration.- Testing.- Deployment.- Post go-live support.- Work with tax and finance teams to define reporting requirements and build consolidated tax provision and reporting models.- Configure and manage TRCS dimensions, rules, forms, task lists, dashboards, data integration, and security.- Integrate TRCS with other Oracle EPM modules (e., FCCS, ARCS, Planning) and external data sources (e., ERP systems like Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for business users.- Create and maintain project documentation, including design specs, test scripts, and user manuals.- Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and apply patches and updates.- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants or support teams.- Stay up to date on Oracle EPM Cloud updates, especially new features impacting TRCS. Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, with a minimum of 4 years focused on TRCS.- Strong understanding of tax provisioning, income tax reporting, and global tax requirements.- Proficient in developing business rules, calculations, and automation scripts.- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams including finance, tax, and IT.- Proven experience leading client workshops and managing project delivery in a senior capacity. Preferred Qualifications:- CPA, CMA, or other relevant finance/tax certification.- Oracle EPM Cloud certification(s), particularly for TRCS or EPM Enterprise is a plus.- Planning Cloud or FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close)Experience with:- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e., JIRA, Smartsheet). Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Comfortable operating in a client-facing and fast-paced consulting environment.
