Description: About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and geographies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both corporate and field hiring, with a proven ability to execute high-volume recruitment drives and build strong talent pipelines aligned with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across functions including field sales, corporate, technical, and operations.- Lead bulk and volume hiring initiatives, particularly for B2C sales and field teams.- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and design effective recruitment strategies.- Source and engage candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), employee referrals, and social media platforms.- Conduct initial screenings, assess candidates for cultural and role fit, and manage interview coordination.- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.- Maintain and regularly update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.- Drive employer branding initiatives in alignment with SolarSquares values and culture.- Support campus hiring programs and develop long-term talent pipelines for critical roles.Desired Skills & Qualifications: - MBA in Human Resources or related field.- 4 - 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in B2C or field-intensive industries.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.- Experience in high-volume and niche hiring.- Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS systems, and Excel-based reporting.- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
