Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of professional experience in developing front-end web applications using React.js.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies

- Hands-on with the Ability to Mentor And guide Team Technically

- Strong Programming Experience in JS, React

- Proven experience in building responsive web applications that work seamlessly across different devices and browsers.

- Deep understanding of state management with Redux or similar libraries.

- Experience with asynchronous programming, AJAX, and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Proficiency in modern front-end build tools and workflows, such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.

- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS and CSS-in-JS libraries.

- Familiarity with PWA concepts and implementation will be a plus.

- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and SEO principles.

- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Leadership abilities with the capability to guide and inspire team members.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in developing Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) with service workers and offline support.

- Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js framework.

- Knowledge of other frontend frameworks, such as Angular or Vue.js.

- Previous experience in e-commerce or consumer-facing web applications.
