Description : Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Backend Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming, particularly with Flask, and experience building RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework or FastAPI. You will be responsible for the server-side development of web applications, database interactions, API integration, and ensuring optimal performance and security of backend services.This is a key role in a fast-paced and collaborative team, with opportunities to work on impactful projects across various domains.Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Python-based backend applications.- Design and implement RESTful APIs using Flask, FastAPI, or Django REST Framework.- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to define and deliver APIs and features.- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.- Integrate with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, and write optimized queries.- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Debug and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.- Utilize version control tools like Git/GitHub/GitLab for source code management.- Work with Docker and, optionally, deploy or manage services on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.Required Skills & Qualifications : - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Python backend development.- Strong hands-on experience with the Flask framework.- Solid experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework or FastAPI.- In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming, design principles, and software engineering best practices.- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).- Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaborative development.- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative, agile environment.
