Job description:

Experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong foundation in SQL and a deep understanding of banking regulatory requirements. Proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and systems for ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Skills: (Mandatory)

- Data Analysis/Business Data Analyst/Technical Business Analyst- Data Engineering (Data Governance(Collibra), Data Profiling, Data Modelling, Data Visualization)- Data Warehouse- Expertise in SQL (Basic to advance; Lag-Lead functions)- Banking Domain Experience- Banking Regulatory Compliance like Basel, BCBS, PSD2, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities required:

- Led the design and implementation of data pipelines for aggregating and processing sensitive banking data.- Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures to extract, transform, and load data from various sources, improving data accuracy and integrity.- Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and compliance officers to ensure data quality and integrity in alignment with regulatory guidelines.- Implement data governance practices, including data lineage tracking and metadata management, contributing to improved transparency and auditability.- Must be able to solve "Business Problems" related to the banking customers [In terms of non-technical scenario].- Play a pivotal role in migrating on-premises data infrastructure.- Collaborate with compliance teams to implement robust data validation processes.- Design and maintain data models for reporting and analytics, facilitating faster insights and decision-making for business stakeholders.- Automate data quality checks and monitoring processes, improving data reliability, and proactively identifying issues before they impact business operations.- Participate in cross-functional meetings to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring data solutions meet the needs of various departments.
