Engineering is led by our CTO (IIT Guwahati alumnus, 20+ years across startups and larger companies).What you’ll doShip clean, maintainable features across React/Next.js and Node.js servicesBuild reusable UI components; optimize for performance and accessibilityDesign and consume REST/GraphQL APIs; implement webhooks, retries, idempotencyDevelop supplier integrations (EDI X12: 850/855/856/810, cXML, API) with logging/monitoringOwn data models & migrations; write efficient SQL; add caching where usefulContribute tests (unit/integration/e2e); improve observability & error handlingCollaborate with product/design; break down requirements into incremental deliverablesUphold security best practices (least privilege)Our stack (nice to have—not all required)Front end: React, Next.js, TypeScript, React Query, Redux Toolkit, TailwindBack end: Node.js (Express/NestJS), TypeScript, REST/GraphQL, background workers/queuesData: PostgreSQL, RedisInfra: AWSWhat we’re looking for2–5 years professional Full-Stack experienceStrong JavaScript/TypeScript across front end and back endProduction experience with React/Next.js and Node.jsSolid understanding of APIs, pagination, rate limits, and error-handling patternsProficient with SQL and data modelingClear communication; ownership mindset; comfort with distributed teamsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related) or equivalent practical experienceBonus: EDI (X12), cXML, healthcare procurement, accounting/ERP integrations, AWS, Docker.No fees are required to apply.
