Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Python Developer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in developing robust and scalable Python applications.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver innovative and impactful products.

Responsibilities :

Development & Implementation :

- Develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.

- Implement software solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using frameworks like Flask or Django.

- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Architecture & Design :

- Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools.

- Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.

- Document technical specifications and processes.

- Participate in agile development methodologies (e.g, Scrum, Kanban).

Maintenance & Support :

- Maintain and improve existing codebases.

- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications.

- Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of professional experience in Python development.

- Strong understanding of Python programming concepts and best practices.

- Proficiency in at least one Python web framework (e.g, Django, Flask, FastAPI).

- Experience with relational databases (e.g, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g, MongoDB).

- Experience with RESTful API design and development.

- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g, Git).

- Experience with unit testing and integration testing.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g, AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills (Nice to have) :

- Experience with asynchronous programming (e.g, asyncio).

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g, JavaScript, React, Angular).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with data science libraries (e.g, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).

- Experience with message queues (e.g, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
