You will work with cross-functional SAP teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration Development & Support- Design, develop, test, and deploy iFlows on SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite. - Integrate SAP ERP/CRM with external platforms using adapters such as HTTP, OData, SOAP, REST, SFTP, FTP, Mail, etc. - Perform advanced message mappings, content-based routing, exception handling, and adapter configuration. - Transform data in XML, JSON, IDoc, CSV formats and ensure accurate end-to-end data flow. - Troubleshoot and debug CPI integrations, ensuring stability and high availability. - Support production deployments and resolve integration defects promptly.Project Ownership- Work on end-to-end SAP implementation & integration projects from design to deployment. - Participate in functional discussions, analyze requirements, and translate them into technical integration designs. - Work closely with business teams and architects to define scalable integration patterns. - Participate in UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.Collaboration & Documentation- Conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions for new team members at UsefulBI. - Create and maintain technical documentation such as design specs, mapping sheets, and flow diagrams. - Classify requirements using RICEF methodology to determine customization scope. - Collaborate with UsefulBI’s internal data, cloud, and GenAI teams for cross-functional solutions.Required Skills & ExperienceSAP Integration Expertise- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP CPI / Integration Suite. - Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, middleware workflows, and cloud connectivity. - Experience working with: - XML / JSON / IDocs / CSV - XSLT mappings, Groovy scripting - CPI adapters (HTTP, SOAP, REST, SFTP, OData, Mail)Programming & Scripting- Proficiency in: - Python - Groovy Script - JavaScript - Basic ABAP exposureGeneral Skills- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting capabilities - Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset - Ability to interact with clients, conduct UAT support, and resolve escalations - Strong documentation and communication skillsPreferred Skills- Experience with SAP BTP services - Exposure to workflow configuration - Experience integrating cloud and on-premise enterprise systems - Good understanding of cloud APIs and REST/OData services - SAP certification in CPI or Integration Suite (preferred)EducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.Why Join UsefulBI?- Work with global enterprise clients across Pharma, Healthcare. - Opportunity to work on SAP CPI, SAP BTP, AI-driven automation, and advanced integrations - Fast-growing organization with strong career growth pathways - Collaborative environment focused on learning, innovation, and skill development - Exposure to hybrid and cross-functional projects (SAP + Data + Cloud + GenAI)
