Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling and maintaining all the contractual related documents and obligations.
  • Collect and preserve complete Contract documents for all the Contractors/ subcontractors and Suppliers. Ensure contractual submittals (like Bank Guarantee, Insurance, Invoice documentation, Affidavits, legal compliance record etc.) by every contractor for 100% compliance to contract.
  • Inform the Client adequately for his contractual obligations. Write and reply to letters to administrate Contract and to avoid dispute after proper interpretation of contractual terms.
  • Ensure contractual amendments (if required) and Variation process are followed in accordance with provisions of Contract. Escalation related to variations has to be made to the Employer at the right moment for approval, before executing the same.
  • Ensure Notices are served and replied to, Payment Certificates are issued, Performance certificates are issued in a timely manner and interpretations in accordance with Contract.
  • Estimate and anticipate time overruns in accordance with Contract, well before completion date and proactively manage the project. Suggest interim revisions to the time schedule, if required and provide Contractor’s extension of time after consent from the Employer. The employer shall be the sole authority to grant permissions for any time extensions.
  • Responsible for finally handing over the documents to the Client in respect of each contract at the time of closing out of every contract.


Education Qualification – B.E./B.Tech – Civil


Experience – 12 to 20 years.
