The Patent Specialist will handle tasks such as preparing and filing patent applications, managing patent prosecution processes, and conducting patentability assessments. The role includes collaborating with legal teams and inventors to ensure accuracy and compliance with patent laws and regulations. Qualifications Expertise in drafting Patent Applications, Patent Preparation, and Patent ProsecutionStrong understanding of Patent Law and related regulatory frameworksKnowledge of conducting Patentability assessmentsExcellent analytical and organizational skillsAttention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsBachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant technical or scientific field is a plusExperience with intellectual property management software is an advantage.Prior experience in the health and fitness industry is a bonus
