Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the 3PL partner for alloperational matters. Monitor daily inbound and outbound operations, including order picking, packing, anddispatch. Ensure accurate stock replenishment, inventory updates, and cycle counts. Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and procurement teams for order priorities andspecial promotions. Track shipment status and proactively address any delays or discrepancies. Review 3PL performance metrics (e.g., turnaround time, accuracy, damage rates) andescalate issues where needed. Assist in resolving warehouse-related issues such as stock mismatches, damages, or systemerrors. Support implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Maintain and update logistics documentation, reports, and records for audits and compliance. Knowledge and hands on expertise of SAP and other WMSRequirement Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in FMCG, retail, or beautyindustry. Experience working with 3PL providers and warehouse management systems (WMS). Strong problem-solving, Excellent communication, and negotiation skills. StrongCommunication is the key for this role. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Should be assertive Knowledge of inventory management principles and dispatch operations. Attention to detail and accuracy, Time management and organizational skills Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, Proactive approach in identifying and solvingoperational challenges
