Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Tale Caller to join our team at Autotrade Design Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The Tale Caller will play a key role in engaging potential clients and introducing them to our exceptional automotive design solutions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in telecalling to communicate effectively with potential clients and generate interest. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in lead generation to identify and create a pipeline of prospective customers. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong product knowledge to command authority and confidently answer client inquiries. (Mandatory skill)
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry related to client interactions and lead tracking.
  • Capability in outbound calling to reach out to a wide audience and foster client relationships.
  • Skilled in delivering a persuasive sales pitch to convincingly present our services.
  • Demonstrated achievement in meeting sales targets within a defined period.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct telecalling activities to introduce and promote company's automotive design solutions to potential clients.
  • Generate and nurture leads through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Understand and convey product information to accurately inform potential customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, lead status, and conversations in the CRM system.
  • Make outbound calls to drive interest and arrange meetings with sales representatives.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals and targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
