Key Responsibilities:- Architect, design, and implement scalable mobile and backend systems. - Develop and maintain applications using React Native or Flutter for iOS and Android. - Build robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs and integrate them with frontend and mobile clients. - Work with Node.js, NestJS, or similar backend frameworks to deliver efficient, secure, and scalable solutions. - Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) including CI/CD pipelines and deployments. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Optimize application performance and ensure seamless, responsive user experiences. - Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions. - Stay current with emerging technologies and drive innovation within the engineering team.Requirements:- 10+ years of professional software development experience, including both mobile and backend systems. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native, and Node.js. - Experience with Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin is a plus. - Deep understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and data modeling. - Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.). - Proficiency with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and architectural design abilities. - Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable codebases.Good to Have:- Experience working in startups or fast-scaling tech environments. - Familiarity with AI/ML model integration in mobile or backend systems. - Understanding of security best practices in mobile and API development. - Exposure to DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
