Participate in customer conversations to gather insights and validate messaging. Support go-to-market launches and ensure consistent narratives across teams. Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for multiple personas. What We’re Looking For Strategic thinker who can connectmarket signals → customer needs → product value . Excellent communication and storytelling skills (written + verbal). Analytical and research-driven; comfortable summarising complex info into insights. Interest inenterprise software and c omfortable learning technical concepts Collaborative and curious — thrives in a cross-functional, startup environment.
