About the OpportunityWe are hiring aSenior Flutter & Full Stack DeveloperatImversion . This is afull-time remote position(with the possibility of transitioning to ahybrid setupin the future). You will play a key role in building and scaling high-qualitymobile and web applicationsfor bothiOS, Android, and the web .Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintaincross-platform mobile and web applicationsusingFlutter ,Dart , andmodern full-stack technologies . Build and managebackend services and APIsusing frameworks such asNode.js ,Express , orNestJS . Work withdatabases(SQL/NoSQL) such asPostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase Firestore . Collaborate closely withproduct managers ,designers , andbackend engineersto deliver seamless, high-performance experiences. Ensureapplication performance, security, and scalabilityacross platforms. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize bothfrontend and backendsystems for a smooth user experience. IntegrateAPIs ,third-party SDKs , andcloud services(e.g., Firebase, AWS, or GCP). Participate incode reviews , maintainhigh coding standards , andmentorjunior developers. Stay up to date with theFlutter and full-stack ecosystem , adopting best practices and new technologies.RequirementsExperience:Minimum4+ yearsof hands-onFlutter development(production apps) and2+ yearsoffull-stack or backend experience . Strong expertise inFlutter & Dart , with proven experience delivering apps at scale. Proficiency inRESTful APIs ,GraphQL , and backend integration. Experience withNode.js ,Express , or equivalent backend frameworks. Familiarity withstate management(Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, Redux, etc.). Strong knowledge ofFirebase(Firestore, Authentication, Push Notifications, Analytics). Experience withCI/CD pipelines ,Git , and ideallyDockeror containerization tools. Familiarity withApp Store/Play Store deploymentandweb deployment . Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in aremote setup .Preferred QualificationsExperience inperformance tuning ,animations , andadvanced UI/UX . Experience withcloud infrastructure(AWS, GCP, or Azure). Previously published apps or live web applications. Familiarity withAgile/Scrummethodologies.
