Position Title : Windows Active Directory Architect, Level 3


Location : Lanco Hills Technology Park, Manikonda, Hyderabad

Type : Full-Time

Mode of Work : Work from office

Experience : 15-22 YEARS

Night Shift Allowance : Yes

Shift : rotational, but the initial 2 to 3 months will be a night shift.

Notice : Immediate to 30 - 45 days (Serving notice candidates will be preferred)

Mandatory Skills : Windows Server Admin, Data Center Operations, Data Center Migration, Powershell scripting, Networking (DNS, DHCP), Group Policy

Job Overview :

- We want an experienced Windows Active Directory Architect, Level 3 to join our IT infrastructure team.


- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows Server Administration, Windows Infrastructure, Active Directory Architecture, Data Centre Operations, and Data Centre Migration projects.

- In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide Active Directory services, including DNS, DHCP, and related network services, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Windows Infrastructure Design : Architect, implement, and maintain a high-performing, secure, and scalable Windows infrastructure across the organisation.

- Active Directory Administration : Oversee the design, implementation, and management of Active Directory services, including domain controllers, trusts, replication, and security policies.

- PowerShell Scripting : Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, streamlining administrative tasks, and troubleshooting Windows systems.

- DNS/DHCP Configuration : Manage and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP services, ensuring continuous availability and optimal performance.

- Group Policy Management : Design, implement, and maintain Group Policies (GPOs) for user and computer configurations across the domain.

- Data Centre Operations : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the data centre, ensuring optimal performance, system uptime, and efficient resource allocation.

- Data Centre Migration : Develop and maintain detailed migration plans, minimise downtime, and ensure successful post-migration validation.

- Troubleshooting : Proactively monitoring and managing the health of AD, DNS, and DHCP services using tools like Microsoft SCOM or similar. Providing L3-LEVEL escalation support for complex incidents and outages.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 10+ years of relevant, strong experience in Windows Server Administration, Group Policy, and Active Directory Architecture.

- Strong expertise in data centre migration and consolidation, deep knowledge of data centre operations, and best practices in server and network infrastructure.

- Hands-on DNS, DHCP, and network services.

- Experience with cloud integration (e.g., Azure AD, AWS, or Google Cloud).

- Strong experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle L3 escalations.
