A leading manufacturer of high-performance intake air filters and filter houses, with strong presence in automotive paint shops, clean rooms, HVAC, and machinery intake applications. With over 25 years of expertise and advanced R&D capabilities, the company provides innovative solutions ensuring clean air and energy conservation.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements and support the sales team with appropriate product offerings.
Manage item master and create new item codes as required.
Prepare BOM for quoted items to estimate costing.
Support commercial team in product mapping and commercial offers.
Ensure ordered products match quoted specifications and highlight discrepancies.
Prepare and release internal orders for manufacturing.
Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure correct product delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical preferred; graduates in other disciplines with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience: 2–4 years in Pre-Sales.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), sales tracking systems, BI software.
Strong communication and MS Office skills.
Experience in MIS reporting.
High integrity, commitment, and self-motivation.
