Job Summary: The E-commerce Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Facebook advertising, a knack for data analysis, and a creative approach to campaign development.


Key Responsibilities:


Facebook Ads Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute effective Facebook Ads campaigns tailored to client objectives.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and placements to improve campaign effectiveness.


Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive social media advertising strategies.
  • Identify target audiences and plan ad campaigns that resonate with them.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising.


Creative Development:

  • Work closely with designers and content creators to develop compelling ad creatives.
  • Ensure all ad content aligns with clients' brand voice and messaging.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize Facebook Ads Manager and other analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.


Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize results.
  • Monitor and adjust spending to stay within budget while achieving campaign goals.


Client Engagement:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business goals and provide regular updates on campaign performance.
  • Implement strategies to improve client engagement and drive interaction with ads.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an E-commerce Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong focus on Facebook Ads.
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging ad content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of other digital marketing channels and tools is a plus.
