From wellness tech to SaaS, healthcare, real estate, and D2C, we create visually stunning campaigns that blend design, tech, and data.We’re now expanding our creative edge into AI-generated and hybrid motion design, and are seeking a Senior Motion Graphic Designer who can fuse human creativity with AI tools to produce scroll-stopping videos, ads, and brand films.Role OverviewThe Senior Motion Graphic Designer will lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality video content for campaigns, ads, and brand storytelling. This includes motion graphics, AI-generated video assets, and visual effects (VFX). The ideal candidate has a strong design sensibility, understands pacing and emotion in motion, and is passionate about experimenting with AI video tools like Runway, Sora, Pika, Kaiber, or Midjourney video workflows.Key Responsibilities1. Motion Design & Video ProductionDesign, animate, and edit motion graphics for ads, explainers, social media reels, and product videos.Develop dynamic visual narratives aligned with brand strategy and tone.Work closely with copywriters and brand strategists to translate ideas into visually engaging videos.Oversee color grading, transitions, and sound design to ensure cinematic quality.2. AI-Driven Video CreationUtilize AI tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Sora, Synthesia, Midjourney, or Leonardo AI) to enhance storytelling and streamline video production.Integrate generative visuals, AI avatars, voiceovers, or AI motion enhancements into videos.Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and propose creative experimentation frameworks.3. Creative Direction & CollaborationCollaborate with the creative, strategy, and marketing teams to produce campaign assets across platforms.Supervise junior designers or freelancers when required to ensure consistency and quality.Participate in brainstorms and pitch decks for new campaigns or brand videos.4. Brand Storytelling & AestheticsEnsure all animations and videos reflect the client’s brand identity and design language.Develop distinctive motion systems and graphic packages for different brand categories.Maintain a high visual standard across all deliverables.5. Workflow OptimizationBuild efficient workflows combining Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) with AI tools.Implement templates, presets, and libraries to speed up production while maintaining originality.Manage time and deliver multiple projects under tight deadlines.Required Skills & Experience- 3–6 years of experience in motion graphics, video design, or multimedia production (agency experience preferred). -- Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D/Blender (for 3D motion). -- Strong understanding of AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Sora, Kaiber, Synthesia, or similar). -- Creative storytelling and compositing skills with strong visual design sensibility. -- Experience in short-form content, ad films, or brand storytelling. -- Familiarity with sound design, typography in motion, and video optimization for social media. -- Basic understanding of generative AI workflows (image-to-video, text-to-video, voice cloning, etc.).Personality Traits- Creative thinker with an eye for cinematic storytelling. -- Tech-savvy and curious about AI innovations in design. -- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for pushing creative boundaries. -- Detail-oriented, agile, and collaborative with cross-functional teams.Performance KPIs- Quality, originality, and engagement of motion design assets. -- Effective use of AI tools to improve speed and output quality. -- Consistency of brand visual identity across video campaigns.- On-time project delivery and creative innovation index.
