Job Description :


We are seeking a skilled EDI Developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and supporting Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions.

This role involves designing EDI maps, configuring communication protocols, troubleshooting data exchange issues, and supporting integrations with external partners and internal teams.


Duties & Responsibilities :


- Design and develop EDI maps for a variety of transaction sets including 850 (Purchase Order), 855 (PO Acknowledgement), 810 (Invoice), 856 (ASN), ORDER, DESADV, INVOIC, and others.

- Build and maintain data transformations based on customer requirements using formats such as XML, flat files, and spreadsheets.

- Configure and support communication protocols such as AS2, FTP/S, SFTP, HTTP/S to ensure secure and reliable B2B data exchanges.

- Participate in customer onboarding and new partner integrations by setting up data connections and mapping business processes.

- Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, operations, and product to ensure accurate and timely data exchanges.

- Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transmission, transformation, and integration issues promptly.

- Monitor and support ongoing EDI transactions, proactively managing and resolving potential issues.

- Manage multiple EDI projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines and priorities.

- Take full ownership of assigned customer integrations, offering ongoing maintenance and support.

- Ensure all implementations meet industry standards and comply with data privacy and security regulations.


Skills & Competencies :


- Minimum 4 years of hands-on EDI map development and implementation experience.

- Proficiency with EDI standards such as X12, EDIFACT, and custom formats.

- Strong understanding of data transformation tools and EDI platforms.

- Experience configuring and troubleshooting secure data transport protocols.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in EDI workflows and partner integrations.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or retail industry practices is a plus
