1. Ensure developing and maintaining relationships with customers via calls,chat and mails.
2. Sharing the leads/ complaints, customer queries, grievances, etc. with the respective divisional team members, and follow-up for the closures
3. Making a prior call for reconfirmation of appointments
4. Customers arriving in reception area have to be greeted and introduced to respective service advisors in case all service advisors are busy.
