About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer to join our team and lead the development of modern, scalable, and performant web applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React.js and related technologies, with proven experience in building Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).

Our long-term vision is to maintain a unified codebase that powers both web and mobile platforms seamlessly.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge UI architecture, contribute to a scalable component library, and build applications that deliver exceptional user experiences in the hospitality services Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js.

- Build and optimize Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) with offline capabilities, push notifications, and responsive design.

- Implement mobile-first features and ensure cross-device and cross-browser compatibility.

- Handle app packaging and distribution for various platforms (Android, iOS via PWA standards).

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Architect and maintain a scalable component library to promote UI consistency and reusability.

- Ensure cross-platform optimization, responsiveness, and performance improvements.

- Integrate APIs and manage state using modern tools (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.

- Implement push notifications, background sync, and caching strategies with Service Workers.

- Advocate and enforce best practices in UI architecture, modularity, and theming.

- Stay up to date with the latest web development trends, PWA standards, and React ecosystem :

- 8+ years of professional experience in front-end/web development.

- Strong expertise in React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack, Babel).

- Proven track record building and deploying Progressive Web Applications.

- Experience with Service Workers, Web App Manifests, and caching strategies.

- Strong background in state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.

- Deep knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

- Experience with React Native is a strong plus.

- Experience in the hospitality services domain is an added advantage.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and modern software development best practices.
