Designation: Quick Commerce Marketing HeadExperience: 8+ years in FMCG, with a focus on quick commerce Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth within the quick commerce channel.- Define and execute innovative marketing campaigns tailored to the unique characteristics of quick commerce platforms and consumer behavior.- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities within the quick commerce ecosystem.- Craft and execute a complete go to market strategy for all new product launches within the quick commerce space.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key quick commerce platform partners- Negotiate and manage marketing agreements, promotional activities, and joint initiatives to maximize ROI.- Collaborate with platform partners to optimize product placement, visibility, and promotional opportunities.- Lead performance marketing efforts across various digital channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and in-app promotions.- Drive sales targets, enhance product visibility, and optimize marketing spend to achieve maximum efficiency.- Analyze key performance metrics (e.g , conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, ROI) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.- Utilize data driven insights to inform strategic decisions.- Provide detailed reporting on marketing performance.- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize profitability.- Oversee the execution of marketing activities within budget constraints.- Ensure that all marketing activations are within the companies ROI targets.- Work closely with the sales, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.- Collaborate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.Qualifications & Skills:- 10+ years of experience in sales and digital marketing within the FMCG industry, with a minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role.- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies within quick commerce platforms.- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry, consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends.- Expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.- Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory systems, and digital technologies relevant to quick commerce.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Strong negotiation and partnership management skills.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred (ref:iimjobs.com)
