About the role – Videographer (Onsite - Full Time)


Altoura is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to join our team In this role, you will produce engaging videos that showcase our products, services, and corporate culture. We are looking for someone who is passionate about storytelling through film and video, with strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear direction.


Responsibilities include developing storyboards, capturing and creating videos using our Mixed Reality Software and a variety of devices, collaborating with the leadership team to produce product videos and customer testimonials, and ensuring alignment with Altoura's brand and messaging when creating visual content. Additionally, you should stay updated on social media trends and create relevant content on a regular basis.


Creative Responsibilities in detail:


  • Storyboarding, creative direction, production, and post-production of marketing videos in an end-to-end manner.
  • To capture and create video ’s from Altoura ’s Mixed Reality Software using the range of supported devices (Microsoft HoloLens, Meta Quest, desktop, and mobile device), combined with captured and / or stock b-roll and edited into finished visually compelling project.
  • Working directly with the leadership team to create product videos and customer story and testimonial videos.
  • Strong awareness and alignment with Altoura brand & messaging when building visual content.
  • Interest in social media and how to create relevant content in a regular rhythm.
  • Support of Altoura project teams in producing ABM material for use by our customers and project teams.


Videographer Requirements:


  • Proficiency with software editing but Photoshop an acrobat would be added advantage.
  • Advanced / High proficiency with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
  • Experience with motion graphics, compositing and 3d tracking of footage desirable.
  • Strong skill with Adobe Photoshop and other Creative Suite software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to capture snippets inside Altoura and edit extended captures into a brief and cohesive story.
  • Technical acumen to be able to operate, configure, set up and operate video equipment provided by Altoura.


In addition, your background should include these experiences and skill sets -


The successful candidate should possess proficiency in video editing software, with knowledge of Photoshop and Acrobat as an added advantage, advanced skills in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, and experience with motion graphics, compositing, and 3D tracking of footage preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are also required.
