Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable Power BI reports and dashboards.

Develop and maintain scalable and interactive Power BI solutions, including data models and DAX calculations.

Integrate Power BI with various data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.

Optimize data performance, refresh schedules, and ensure data accuracy across reports.

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to refine data visualization needs and deliver meaningful insights.

Provide end-user training and documentation for developed dashboards.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI tools, data, and reporting.

Ensure alignment with data governance and security best practices.


Requirements:

Proven experience (3+ years) in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.

Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling techniques.

Hands-on experience with SQL Server and writing complex SQL queries.

Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus.

Experience working in the UAE or similar regional environments is advantageous.

Previous experience in government or public sector projects is a plus.
