Role: Data Scientist YOE: 5+ Indiranagar, Bengaluru Must have: LLM, NLP, text to speech, python, deep learning framework Ready to work in an early stage startupResponsibilities Own the full ML lifecycle: requirements, algorithm design, implementation, and deployment.Build models for conversational intelligence that scale to hundreds of thousands of conversations daily.Stay updated with cutting-edge NLP and speech research, applying state-of-the-art solutions.Design scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure to improve continuously with data.Optimize models for speed, accuracy, and real-time voice AI performance.Requirements 5+ years of experience in ML, Data Science, or related fields.Strong expertise in NLP, conversational AI, and speech technologies (ASR/TTS).Proficient in Python and ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn).Hands-on with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).Experience fine-tuning LLMs and analyzing large-scale conversational data.Strong skills in data pipelines, feature engineering, and A/B testing.Familiarity with data visualization tools to present insights.Proven track record of deploying ML models in production.Startup-ready: comfortable with fast-paced environments, ownership, and collaboration.
