Associate Product Manager

We have started with our first step by launching an Investment & Trading platform – Dhan (www.dhan.co) in November 2021.As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end development of trading and investing features, including capabilities around algo trading and trading APIs. You’ll translate user needs and market insights into clear product requirements, working closely with engineering, design, growth, and compliance to build intuitive and reliable trading experiences.Early on, you may own specific feature areas—conducting user research, analysing large datasets, evaluating competitors, and refining requirements for API-based and automated trading workflows. Over time, you’ll take full ownership of product domains and drive them from concept to launch.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment and prefers rapid execution. You’ll collaborate directly with senior leadership and customers, so strong problem-solving, technical comfort, and execution skills are essential.Expected Responsibilities: Lead customer research to identify gaps and opportunities for product improvement Track and analyze product metrics to drive data-informed decisions Drive end-to-end product ownership: from customer research and requirement gathering to launch and optimization Develop and execute product strategy, including roadmap planning and feature prioritization Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality products quickly Manage product launches and post-launch improvements Work closely with marketing to ensure effective product messaging Act as a product evangelist, building awareness and representing the product/brandExpected Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 2-5 years of relevant product management experience (not internships) in a consumer facing internet enabled product/service roles, preferably on financial services Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in defining, driving and shipping mass market internet-enabled consumer products or services, preferably on financial services Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets using SQL/PythonLocation: Goregaon West, Mumbai ( Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai’s Western suburbs).Apply Now If you believe in making great first impressions and enjoy being at the center of workplace energy, we’d love to hear from you.
