We seek dynamic candidates with a passion to contribute to academic excellence, innovation, and student development in a collaborative environment.Job Title: Assistant Professor - Operations and Data SciencesLocation: School of Business Management, NMIMS Hyderabad - Jadcherla CampusKey Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures, case discussions, and practical sessions. - Conduct independent and collaborative research, and publish in reputed national and international journals. - Contribute to curriculum development, accreditation processes, and academic committees. - Foster an environment of experiential learning, innovation, and analytical thinking among students. - Participate actively in departmental meetings, student mentoring, and institutional events. - Guide and mentor students in projects, internships, dissertations, and research activities.Qualifying Criteria- The candidate must hold a Ph.D. with a First-Class Master’s Degree in Business Management / Administration or a relevant management-related discipline. - The candidate should have published two research papers based on their Ph.D. work, with at least one publication in a refereed journal. - The candidate must have presented at least of two papers based on their Ph.D. research at conferences or seminars sponsored, funded, or supported by UGC/ ICSSR/ CSIR or any equivalent agency. - The published work may also include books, research periodicals, Ph.D. guidance, consultancy projects, or patents filed.Desired Skills- Strong academic and research orientation with a passion for teaching and learning. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and academic excellence. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute to institutional initiatives and academic development.Compensation- Competitive compensation structure, aligned with qualifications, experience, and UGC guidelines.
