Senior Graphic Designer - Logo Design (Professional & Character Graphics)

Location: Remote | Work Days: Sunday to Sunday (Task-Based KPI)

Are you an exceptionally talented designer with a passion for creating impactful and character-driven logos? We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer specializing in logo design who excels in professional and character graphics. This role is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while taking on challenging, high-quality projects. If you’re highly artistic, creative, and driven to consistently exceed performance expectations, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills with a company dedicated to exceptional design quality.


Key Responsibilities:


•Logo Design: Create professional, character-focused logos that stand out in the market, capturing the brand identity for diverse clients.

•Graphic Creation: Design graphics that support branding efforts, including variations, character illustrations, and visual storytelling elements.

•Collaborative Design: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure designs align with the client’s vision and brand strategy.

•Creative Direction: Lead and implement creative strategies, transforming client ideas into compelling visuals.

•Quality Assurance: Ensure each design meets our high standards and maintains consistency in quality, appeal, and style.

•Deadline-Driven Production: Deliver projects on time while meeting performance-based KPI benchmarks, ensuring that each design meets aesthetic and functional requirements.


Requirements:

•Exceptional Artistic Ability: A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and skill in logo design, especially in professional and character-driven graphics.

•Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer with a focus on logos, character graphics, and branding.

•English Proficiency: Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.

•Familiarity with Asana: Experience using Asana for task management and collaboration in a remote work environment.

•Remote Work Proficiency: Ability to work independently in a remote, task-based environment with effective communication and time management skills.

•High-Level Creativity: Ability to conceptualize and design visually striking logos with a deep understanding of color theory, typography, and character illustration.

•Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other design tools.

•Performance-Based Mindset: Capable of meeting task-based performance KPIs within a flexible work schedule from Sunday to Sunday.
