We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Quality Analyst Lead to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong experience in both manual and automation testing, team leadership, and client communication. You will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions by working closely with internal stakeholders and guiding the QA team through project execution. You must be comfortable working under pressure, juggling multiple priorities, and ensuring compliance with accessibility and visual testing & Responsibilities :- Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership.

- Collaborate with project managers, developers, product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to define quality standards and test strategies.

- Take ownership of the end-to-end testing process including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.

- Perform and oversee both manual and automated testing, ensuring complete coverage of functional, regression, accessibility (ADA), and visual testing.

- Act as a point of contact for clients during QA phasesconduct walkthroughs, report updates, and clarify quality concerns.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in QA and continuously improve the QA process and test frameworks.

- Champion the use of modern test automation tools, including Testim and Postman.

- Conduct accessibility testing (ADA/WCAG) and visual regression testing using appropriate tools and techniques.

- Drive the teams delivery in high-pressure situations while maintaining quality and timelines.

- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of the agile development :

- Proven experience as a Sr. QA, with strong leadership and communication skills.

- Strong experience in manual and automation testing in web and/or mobile applications.

- Experience with Tricentis Testim automation tool.

- Hands-on experience with at least one UI test automation tool (Tricentis Testim, Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress)

and one API test automation tool (RestAssured or ReadyAPI).

- Solid knowledge of Postman and API testing.

- Experience in ADA Accessibility Testing (preferably using tools like Axe, Wave, or Lighthouse).

- Should have practical experience or a solid understanding of performance testing concepts and tools.

- Must have strong programming logic and the ability to create effective and efficient test scenarios or automation scripts.

- Hands-on experience with Visual Testing tools and techniques (e.g., Percy, Applitools, or Testim Visual validations).

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Experience working in fast-paced Agile environments with frequent client interaction.

- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

- Solid grasp of tenant-based application models and multi-tenant to have Qualifications :

- Experience working in cross-functional teams including DevOps, Development, and Product.

- ISTQB or other QA certifications.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.

- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and test case management Soft Skills :

- Communication : Must have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.

- Confidence : Should demonstrate confidence and assertiveness in driving QA initiatives and communicating decisions.

- Leadership : Minimum 2 years of experience in leading QA teams, with a proven ability to mentor, guide, and manage team performance.

- Teamwork : Should be a dependable team player who actively collaborates and supports colleagues.

- Flexibility : Must be open to working extended hours or weekends when : 6-8 Years.
