Job Title ServiceNow Architect – ContractSeniority Level SeniorEmployment Type Contract – 6 MonthsWork Location Remote – India (must be able to work in Pacific Standard Time zone)Position OverviewOur client, a leading ServiceNow Implementation Partner, is expanding their delivery team and seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect for an urgent requirement to lead the design, architecture, and governance of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This role is responsible for shaping solution roadmaps, defining platform architecture, and ensuring best-practice adoption across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM, IRM, and related ServiceNow modules.The ServiceNow Architect will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding technical delivery teams and ensuring scalable, secure, and optimized solutions.This is a 6-month contract role with a strong possibility of extension. Interviews will be scheduled during the live posting for qualified candidates, so early applications are strongly encouraged.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end architecture and solution design across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM, IRM, HRSD, etc.).Engage with executives, platform owners, and enterprise architects to align ServiceNow with digital transformation strategies.Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices and CSDM.Establish governance, architectural guardrails, and design standards to ensure consistency and quality.Define integration strategies leveraging APIs, MID Servers, IntegrationHub, and external systems.Provide technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle: requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.Mentor developers and administrators to elevate technical delivery capability.Stay current with ServiceNow releases, new features, and industry trends to guide modernization.Skills & Qualifications8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 4 years as an Architect or senior solution design role.Proven expertise across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM, and IRM (IRM and ITAM strongly preferred).Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB/CSDM, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting.Strong background in enterprise integrations using APIs, data transformation, and orchestration.Demonstrated experience in platform governance, optimization, and design authority.Strong consulting and leadership skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.ServiceNow CSA certification required; Implementation Specialist and CTA certifications highly preferred.Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
