Location: Hybrid (Work work home + shoot location)

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Production:

  • Execute the content strategy laid out by the Content Lead across all touchpoints, including social media, website, packaging, customer service, and more.
  • Create and assist in creating daily posts, stories, and videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, , WhatsApp, and others.
  • Leverage trending formats and ideas to create relatable and shareable content.
  • Actively participate in content creation by scripting, shooting, and being part of videos and reels as required.

Trend Spotting & Experimentation:

  • Stay updated with current digital trends, viral formats, and audience preferences to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Experiment with new formats and ideas, pushing the boundaries of creativity.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Content Lead, marketing team, and design team to ensure seamless integration of creative ideas across verticals.
  • Partner with influencers and the team to co-create engaging and on-brand content.

Cross-Vertical Content Ownership:

  • Help in executing the content strategy for all consumer-facing materials, including brochures, care instructions, customer service scripts, packaging, product descriptions (both online & offline), ads.

CEO’s Personal Branding & PR:

  • Assist in building content/ execute content strategy for the CEO’s social media presence and public relations

  • Social Media Enthusiast: Actively engaged on social platforms, aware of the latest trends, and passionate about creating shareable content.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensures content is polished, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Thrives in a team setting, open to feedback, and eager to contribute to shared goals.


Professional Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years in content creation, social media management, or a similar role. 
  • Candidates living in Gurgaon will be preferred
  • Proven track record working with lifestyle, FMCG, or consumer brands.
  • Experience with influencer management and working for a brand that resonates with a young, cool Indian audience is a plus.
