Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of equipment and systems on-site.
  • Conduct site assessments and prepare installation plans and schedules.
  • Ensure installations comply with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, providing technical support as needed.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Train and supervise junior installation engineers and technicians.
  • Document installation processes, preparing detailed reports and records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in equipment installation, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Skills:

  • Installation Oversight: Managing the installation and commissioning of equipment and systems.
  • Site Assessments: Preparing installation plans and schedules.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolving installation issues and providing technical support.
  • Compliance: Ensuring installations meet technical specifications and safety standards.

Preferred:

  • Certification in Project Management or relevant technical fields.
  • Experience with complex system installations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in using installation management software and tools.
