The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex enterprise network environments, specifically within large-scale SaaS and data center ecosystems.You will play a key role in ensuring optimal network performance, security, and reliability for mission-critical systems. This position requires deep technical proficiency in LAN technologies, Cisco Nexus platforms, routing and switching, load balancing, and firewall management, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Key Responsibilities :- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN and data center network components to ensure maximum uptime and performance.- Partner with Network Architects and senior engineers to optimize network design, scalability, and reliability.- Handle and resolve customer connectivity issues and provide technical support for internal and external stakeholders.- Plan, execute, and document network changes, upgrades, and configurations while adhering to change management processes.- Lead or contribute to network automation projects that streamline repetitive operational tasks.- Maintain and update network documentation, including topology diagrams, configuration standards, and operational runbooks.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and ensure compliance with internal security and operational policies.- Initiate and drive network operations improvement projects aimed at enhancing performance and resilience.Key Qualifications :- Experience : 35 years of experience supporting and managing medium-to-large enterprise networks.Technical Expertise :- Network Security : Palo Alto Firewalls (preferred) or equivalent.- Load Balancing : F5 or equivalent solutions.- Routing Protocols : MPLS, OSPF, and BGP.- Switching : Cisco Nexus (9k/7k/5k/2k series) and Cisco IOS.- Strong understanding of data center network architecture, including DC fabric, interoffice routing, and site-to-site VPNs.- Demonstrated proficiency in LAN/WAN design, routing protocols, and troubleshooting network performance issues.- Experience with monitoring, automation, and performance tuning tools and techniques.- Ability to analyze, document, and communicate network configurations and operational processes effectively.- Familiarity with scripting or automation for network tasks (Python, Ansible, etc.) is an advantage.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).- Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Palo Alto PCNSE) are a plus.What We Offer :- Culture of Relentless Performance : Join a high-achieving technology team with a 99% project success rate and consistent business growth.- Competitive Pay & Benefits : Comprehensive compensation package, health insurance, language courses, and relocation support.- Flexible Work Environment : Work from anywhere with full access to global collaboration tools and support.- Professional Growth : Opportunities for certification programs, mentorship, internal mobility, and leadership development.- Global Impact : Collaborate with leading global clients on innovative and transformative projects.- Inclusive & Multicultural Workplace : Thrive in a supportive, open, and diverse environment with team-building events and transparent communication.- Commitment to Sustainability : Contribute to initiatives focused on IT education, community empowerment, fair practices, environmental sustainability, and gender equality.Equal Opportunity Statement :Miratech is an equal opportunity employer.
