Description : SmartCOMM DeveloperExperience : 3+ YearsLocation : Pan India - Hybrid About the Role : We are looking for an experienced SmartCOMM Developer to design, develop, and implement document generation and communication solutions using Smart Communications (formerly Thunderhead). The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SmartCOMM modules, data modeling, and integration with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Guidewire, or other CRM/Policy Administration systems.Key Responsibilities : - Design, configure, and develop document templates and correspondence using SmartCOMM (Interactive Communications, Batch, and On-Demand modules).- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SmartCOMM solutions.- Integrate SmartCOMM with other enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Guidewire, or Duck Creek using APIs and web services.- Customize SmartCOMM templates, data models, and resources as per business needs.- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing SmartCOMM configurations and templates.- Perform unit testing and participate in system and user acceptance testing.- Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and configurations.- Stay updated with the latest SmartCOMM features and best practices.Required Skills & Experience : - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SmartCOMM (Smart Communications / Thunderhead) development.- Strong experience with SmartCOMM Template Editor, Data Modeling, and Content Authoring.- Good understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, and XPath.- Experience integrating SmartCOMM with CRM or Policy Administration Systems (Salesforce, Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.).- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and web services integration.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, agile environment.
