The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of test case design, database validation, and end-to-end testing processes.Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive functional and regression testing for Salesforce/CRM applications. - Design, write, and execute detailed test cases and ensure full test coverage. - Conduct database testing using SQL to validate data integrity and backend processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, log, and track defects throughout the defect life cycle. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of testing deliverables. - Provide clear testing reports and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.Required Skills- Strong experience in Manual Functional Testing (5–8 years). - Solid understanding of Salesforce/CRM systems. - Expertise in SQL for database validation and testing. - Proficient in test case creation, execution, and analysis. - Familiarity with API testing tools and Defect Management systems. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps (basic knowledge). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Good-to-Have Skills- Basic Automation Testing knowledge (Selenium/C#). - Healthcare domain experience.-
