About the Position
Creative Producer in the media industry leads and executes projects from ideation to delivery, involving content development, team building, and managing budgets, timelines, and quality across various media formats like film, web series, social media, and music. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing creative campaigns, overseeing content creation, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and leveraging industry networks and trends to ensure successful project outcomes.Areas of Responsibility
Content Ideation and Development: Conceptualize and develop new content ideas and strategies for film, web series, OTT platforms, podcasts, and social media. Project Management: Manage the end-to-end production process, including timelines, budgets, and quality control, to deliver projects on time and to a high standard. Team Leadership: Build and lead creative teams, working with creatives to execute projects and foster collaboration. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Effectively present creative ideas, provide updates, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders. Industry Trend & Talent Management: Stay aware of current creative trends and tools, and leverage strong industry connections to collaborate with talent and partners.Educational Qualifications Required
